How fast can I get AtomicX live on my site?
Most customers go live in under 5 minutes. Install the Umbraco package or drop in our script tag, point it at your domain, and we crawl your content automatically. Brand-voice tuning takes another 10–15 minutes.
Where is my data stored?
EU customers default to Frankfurt (eu-central-1). North-American customers default to Toronto (ca-central-1). Enterprise customers can pin data residency to either region. We never train shared models on your conversations.
Can the agent hand off to a real human?
Yes. Configure handoff over Slack, email, or any major helpdesk (Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Front). The agent always offers a human if it gets stuck twice in a row — that's baked into the brand voice and not configurable.
Does it work with my Umbraco site out of the box?
Yes. Install the AtomicX package from the Umbraco Marketplace. We add a property editor for the agent prompt and a render component for the widget. Compatible with Umbraco 13 LTS and newer.
What languages does it speak?
12 languages auto-detected from the visitor's browser: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Bulgarian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and Finnish. More on request.
How do you handle GDPR?
Every conversation captures explicit consent at the first message. Visitors can request data export or deletion in-chat. We retain conversations for 30 days by default; configurable down to 1 day or up to 13 months.
