How fast can I get AtomicX live on my site?
Paste one snippet before the closing body tag of your site, or install the Umbraco package. If you add your website when you sign up, we scan it and build your first knowledge base and chat widget for you.
Where is my data stored?
Our Data Processing Agreement sets out where your data is processed, how long it is kept, and which sub-processors we use. Contact us if you need the details for your region.
Can the agent hand off to a real human?
Yes. The agent hands off when it gets stuck, when the visitor asks for a person, or at a handoff step you add to a workflow. Your team picks it up in Slack or the AtomicX mobile app, with the full conversation attached.
Does it work with my Umbraco site out of the box?
Yes. Install the AtomicX package from the Umbraco Marketplace. We add a property editor for the agent prompt and a render component for the widget. Compatible with Umbraco 13 LTS and newer.
What languages does it speak?
English and Bulgarian today. The chat follows the language the visitor writes in. Contact us if you need another language.
How do you handle GDPR?
Visitors choose whether the chat remembers them, and can clear saved details at any time with Forget my details. Our Data Processing Agreement covers retention, sub-processors and data requests.
