No overage bills

When this month's conversations or AI credits run out, the AI stops answering new chats and hands them to your team. You're never billed extra.

Nothing gets dropped

Visitors still get a reply saying your team will get back to them, and the chat lands in Live monitor and the mobile app. Chats already in progress keep their AI.

Resets on the 1st

Limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Need more sooner? Add AI credit packs, or switch plans any time.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Starter is free, with up to 100 conversations a month. It doesn't include AI. Your team answers the chats.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, on Growth, Premium, AI Growth, AI Premium. The trial lasts 14 days. We save your card when you sign up and first charge it when the trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel on the Plan & billing page before then.

Do you charge per resolution or per answer?

No. You pay a flat monthly price for your plan. There are no per-resolution fees and no overage bills.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

The AI stops answering new chats and hands them to your team, in Live monitor and the AtomicX mobile app. Chats already in progress keep their AI. Limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).

Can I add more AI capacity?

Yes. Buy AI credit packs from the AI credits page in your dashboard, or turn on auto-buy with a monthly cap. We email you at 80% and 90% of your allowance.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time from Plan & billing. When you switch, unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new one.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT. EU customers pay VAT on top, unless a valid VAT number qualifies for reverse charge.

What if a payment fails?

We retry daily for three days, then give you seven days' grace. After that the account is paused until the invoice is paid. Paying restores it straight away.
