Terms of use

The terms that govern access to and use of the AtomicX platform.

Version 1.2

These terms govern access to and use of the AtomicX platform and related services provided by Atomic Motion Ltd. The organization's access may also be governed by a separate master services agreement, SaaS agreement, or other written agreement, which takes precedence if conflicts arise.

1. Authorized use

The platform may only be accessed by individuals who have been authorized by an AtomicX customer, have valid login credentials, are using it for legitimate internal business purposes, and comply with these terms. User accounts are personal and cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or sublicensed.

2. Account security

Users must maintain confidentiality of their credentials and agree to use strong unique passwords, avoid reusing credentials from other services, prevent unauthorized access, promptly report compromised credentials, and cooperate with security measures including password resets and multifactor authentication.

3. Automated access

Users may access AtomicX only through expressly authorized interfaces. Without written authorization, prohibited tools include bots, web crawlers, scrapers, scripts, browser automation tools, and AI agents. This restriction does not apply to expressly enabled APIs or integrations.

4. Prohibited conduct

4.1 Circumvent platform controls: Users cannot bypass authentication, authorization, security controls, rate limits, or technical safeguards; disable security features; access other users' accounts or data; use false identity information; or continue accessing suspended accounts.

4.2 Conduct excessive or disruptive activity: Users cannot generate unreasonable volumes of login attempts or requests, create excessive platform loads, interfere with availability or performance, conduct testing without authorization, or use multiple accounts to evade controls.

4.3 Extract or reproduce platform information: Users cannot scrape, harvest, or systematically download data except through authorized functionality; create unauthorized databases; republish or resell AtomicX data; remove proprietary notices; or use content beyond subscription scope.

4.4 Misuse AtomicX intellectual property: Users cannot reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or algorithms; copy platform design or functionality; develop competing products using the platform; or misrepresent AtomicX data as proprietary intelligence.

5. Use with artificial intelligence systems

Without written authorization, users cannot use AtomicX data to train AI models, populate databases, develop competing products, perform automated benchmarking, allow external AI systems autonomous access, or systematically transmit AtomicX content to third-party AI platforms. AI functionality provided directly within AtomicX remains permitted.

6. Customer data and confidentiality

Users may only upload and access information they and their organization are authorized to use. The platform cannot be used to access other customers' information, upload malicious code, upload information violating laws or confidentiality obligations, or attempt to reconstruct others' confidential information from platform outputs.

7. Monitoring and security review

Atomic Motion Ltd. may monitor platform access including login events, access dates and times, IP addresses, device information, session activity, usage patterns, downloads, and security anomalies. This monitoring identifies unauthorized access, credential compromise, automation, misuse, technical issues, and term violations.

8. Protective actions and suspension

Atomic Motion Ltd. may immediately limit, suspend, lock, or disable accounts where it reasonably believes credentials are compromised, unauthorized persons are accessing accounts, activity is anomalous or abusive, use creates security risks, terms are violated, or suspension protects the platform. Actions may include password resets, session revocation, multifactor authentication requirements, IP blocking, functionality restrictions, or account locking. Atomic Motion Ltd. will notify customers and work to restore access when risks are addressed.

9. Investigation and cooperation

Users and organizations must reasonably cooperate in investigating suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, excessive activity, data extraction, account sharing, security incidents, or term violations. Atomic Motion Ltd. may request credential resets, user identification, session termination, integration disabling, or other protective steps.

10. Authorized APIs and integrations

These terms do not prohibit using expressly enabled APIs, integrations, service accounts, or automated features. Authorized access remains subject to documentation, usage limits, authentication requirements, subscription entitlements, security requirements, and additional product-specific terms. Atomic Motion Ltd. may restrict access presenting security risks or exceeding permitted usage.

11. Intellectual property

AtomicX, including software, interface, workflows, analytics, models, benchmarks, reports, content, databases, and underlying technology, is owned by Atomic Motion Ltd. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Users receive only limited rights under the applicable customer agreement.

12. Platform outputs

AtomicX provides decision-support information based on available data, models, assumptions, and analytical methods. Users and organizations remain responsible for decisions made using the platform.

13. Changes to these terms

Atomic Motion Ltd. may update these terms to reflect new functionality, access methods, technology changes, emerging security risks, legal requirements, or policy changes. Where required, updated terms will be presented for acceptance before continued access. The effective date and version number appear at the top of the document.

14. Termination of user access

User access ends when the organization's subscription ends, the organization removes authorization, employment ends, the account is terminated, or Atomic Motion Ltd. suspends access per these terms or the customer agreement. Upon termination, users must stop accessing AtomicX.

15. Contact information

Questions about these terms, account access, or suspected security activity may be directed to Atomic Motion Ltd. at hello@atomicx.eu.
