A rental property manager added ChatX to its website. Paramount reports about 80% more website leads, and the busiest chat hour is 7pm, after the office closes.
Paramount Properties is a rental property manager. Prospects found them online, but the website only offered a contact form and a phone number. Questions about availability, pets or move-in dates waited until someone in the office could reply, and many of those questions came in the evening.
What they did
Paramount added ChatX to their website. It answers prospect questions from Paramount's own content, qualifies each lead through a short sales workflow, and hands it to the leasing team with the full conversation attached.
The results
- About 80% more website leads. Paramount reports that ChatX added roughly 80% more leads on top of what their other web channels were already bringing in.
- 477 conversations in the last 30 days, about 16 a day.
- About 11 messages per conversation. Prospects ask real questions, not one-line pings.
- The busiest hour is 7 to 8pm. Three of the five busiest hours fall between 6pm and 10pm Eastern, after the leasing office has closed.
- First reply in under a second, at any hour.
What it doesn't do
ChatX doesn't sign leases or approve applications. It answers questions, captures the lead and hands it to Paramount's team, who take it from there.
How this was measured
The 80% figure is Paramount's own estimate, comparing website leads before and after adding ChatX. Conversation numbers come from Paramount's AtomicX dashboard for September 5 to October 5, 2026, with hours converted from UTC to Eastern time.
